




Job Summary: A professional to plan, lead, and execute the Group ASA’s strategic project portfolio, ensuring alignment, timelines, costs, quality, and business value. Key Highlights: 1. Promote a project management culture across the group. **How you will contribute to this challenge:** Plan, lead, and execute Group ASA’s strategic and corporate project portfolio, ensuring alignment with senior management directives, and guaranteeing timelines, costs, quality, and value generation for the sanitation, cleaning, and food businesses. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Establish and lead the Corporate Project Office (PMO), ensuring standardized methodologies, governance, and executive visibility; * Manage the strategic project portfolio of group companies (ASA Indústria, Palmeiron, and Vitamilho), ensuring cross-departmental integration and synergy among business units. * Ensure execution of industrial expansion, innovation, operational efficiency, automation, logistics, supply chain, and sustainability projects. * Coordinate new product launch and process modernization projects, aligning multidisciplinary teams (engineering, marketing, R&D, maintenance, production, and quality). * Control schedules, budgets, and performance indicators (KPIs) using PMBOK, PMI, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Project Management methodologies. * Periodically report project progress, risks, and deviations to the Executive Board, proposing mitigation plans. * Promote a project management culture across the group, training leaders and disseminating best practices. * Assess the technical and financial feasibility of new projects, actively participating in strategic decision-making. * Ensure all projects comply with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and FSSC 22000, integrating requirements for quality, food safety, environmental management, and occupational health and safety. * Lead internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring deliveries meet the Group ASA’s established excellence standards. **What you need to apply:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Strategic Management, or related fields is desirable. * Recognized certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2. * Proven experience leading complex projects in chemical, sanitation, cleaning, and food industries. * Experience in corporate portfolio management and execution of small- to medium-scale projects. * Applied knowledge of ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 45001 (health and safety), and FSSC 22000 (food safety). * Proficiency in project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Trello, SAP, Power BI, Planner, and TOTVS. * Ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels (operational, tactical, and strategic). **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency is considered a plus. **What benefits you’ll receive:** * 12 monthly payments equal to the agreed remuneration; * Two semiannual payments, each equal to 50% of the base monthly payment (June and December); * 21-day vacation period; * Reimbursement of travel and accommodation expenses for corporate purposes; * Annual PLR (Profit Sharing Program); * Health insurance plan with full company coverage. **Selection Process Steps:** * Application; * Initial screening; * Interview with the Talent Acquisition and Selection team; * Technical and behavioral assessment; * Interview with leadership; * Offer; Hiring. * **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** On-site at the Afogados Plant, Recife - PE. **Employment Model:** PJ (Individual Contractor). **Our story stems from the strength of our people** The ASA Group relies on over 1,900 dedicated employees who, since the company’s founding in 1996, have produced category-leading brands reaching thousands of families.
