We are looking for a **Rolling Stock Maintenance Mechanic** to join our team, performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on locomotives, freight cars, and auxiliary equipment. **Job Responsibilities** * Perform mechanical maintenance on locomotives, freight cars, and other railway equipment; * Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and tests to identify failures; * Carry out repairs, replacement of parts, and necessary adjustments to ensure performance and reliability of rolling stock; * Support preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities; * Record technical information, interventions performed, and equipment conditions; * Comply with safety regulations, internal procedures, and quality standards; * Contribute to efficient railway operations by ensuring availability and reliability of rolling stock. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; * Ability to work in an operational environment and strictly adhere to safety regulations; * Proactive, organized profile with attention to detail; * Good communication skills and ability to work in teams. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in railway maintenance (locomotives and/or freight cars); * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Experience in failure analysis and reliability; * Experience with maintenance tools, SAP, or similar systems. **Benefits** * Meal Allowance: **R$ 1090.26** * TotalPass * Gympass * Hapvida Health Plan – **100% covered by the company for you and your dependents** * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Corporate university * Childcare assistance Job Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1.712,60 – R$3.464,77 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit-sharing * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
