**Main Responsibilities:** --------------------------- * Coordinate fleet and equipment; * Coordinate inventory control, fleet availability status, logistics, and fleet maintenance costs; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the company's vehicle fleet; * Identify failure causes and develop solutions, prospect partners, obtain quotes, supervise yard team activities, aiming at optimal fleet performance; * Monitor vehicle documentation, ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Manage vehicle fueling, seeking to optimize operational costs; * Prepare fleet performance reports, proposing process improvements when necessary; * Ensure driver and vehicle safety by promoting accident prevention initiatives; * Lead the fleet team, providing feedback, support, and performance monitoring. **Mandatory Requirements:** ---------------------------- * Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree; * Knowledge in vehicle maintenance; * Leadership and team management skills are desirable; * Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills; * Availability to work weekends and holidays under a 6x1 shift schedule; **Desirable Requirements (differentiators):** ---------------------------------------- * Postgraduate degree or specialization courses in Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Experience in medium or large companies; * Knowledge in sustainability and green fleets; * Experience in implementing tracking systems, route optimization, and digital fleet management.
