Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead teams, manage activities, control resources, and supervise safety regulations at construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Safety supervision and quality standards enforcement We are looking for a CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR to join our team. The professional will be responsible for the following duties: \- Guiding the workforce; \- Monitoring material usage and availability of machinery, equipment, and personnel; \- Supporting activities involving all parties engaged in a construction project; \- Managing waste and debris, including disposal or recycling; \- Delegating tasks and inspecting task execution; \- Controlling and assisting with installation of construction site structures, as well as site demarcation, building, and finishing processes; \- Supervising compliance with safety regulations; \- Administering the construction schedule; \- Preparing technical opinions and reports; \- Assessing team members' safety and proper use of personal protective equipment; \- Training and qualifying professionals for appropriate on-site work; \- Monitoring quality standards; \- Performing work at heights. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (preferred); * Prior construction experience (preferred); * Commitment, responsibility, and willingness; * Punctuality and teamwork; * Certifications for NR 18 and NR 35 training are advantageous; * Basic computer skills (printing, scanning, photocopying), Microsoft Office suite, and systems knowledge; * Team management experience; * Easy access to Prazeres; **Benefits** Lunch on site or Meal Allowance; Breakfast allowance of R$ 5.00/day; Grocery Allowance of R$ 248.64/month (minimum 15 working days per month); Transportation Allowance or company-provided transport (shuttle or Uber); Life insurance.
