Optimization of construction processes JOB: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER **Location:** (CARUARU/TORITAMA\- PE) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction execution; * Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards; * Manage field teams (site supervisors, foremen, workers); * Control physical and financial project schedules; * Monitor progress measurements, contracts, and suppliers; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Prepare managerial reports and present results to senior management; * Identify improvements and optimizations in construction processes. REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering, from the 8th semester onward; * Proven experience in construction project management; * Knowledge of planning tools (schedules, MS Project, etc.); * Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings; * Knowledge of budgeting and cost control; * Driver's license (preferred); ADDITIONAL ASSETS: * Experience in real estate development or construction projects; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management or related fields; * Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean Construction or BIM.
