If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day\-to\-Day Will Include:** * Ensuring warehouse deliveries, outbound movements, and receipts are completed as planned and at the expected service level, adhering to established operational procedures and safety standards; * Managing and monitoring KPIs within your area of responsibility, analyzing trends and defining action plans for KPIs showing deviations; * Conducting periodic meetings with your direct reports and partners to present goals and review performance results; * Developing team members by transferring organizational, behavioral, and technical competencies to motivate, train, and guide them toward achieving departmental and Solar goals. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of the food or beverage industry and best practices in warehousing; * Experience in people management, budgetary management, and KPI monitoring. #### **Nice to Have:** * Technical knowledge of management software, ISO standards, and SAP system; * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. **Working Hours:** 08:00 \- 12:00 \- 13:00 \- 17:48, Monday to Friday **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** For your health and safety: * Health insurance with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental insurance; * Emotional Wellbeing Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
