With an experienced team, it aims to help clients achieve sustainable and efficient results. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate charter traffic operations, ensuring operational efficiency, schedule compliance, safety, service quality, and control of fleet and team performance indicators. Manage operational teams (drivers and support staff), including shift scheduling, vacation planning, personnel movements, and coverage for absences. Monitor and manage the fleet (availability, productivity, and operational performance). Provide direct support and assistance to drivers. Address operational incidents promptly to ensure swift resolution and risk mitigation. Monitor and control operational KPIs (punctuality, absenteeism, fuel consumption, incidents, etc.). Identify improvement opportunities and propose adjustments to operational processes. Ensure compliance with technical safety standards, traffic legislation, and internal guidelines. Support management in strategic decision-making related to operations. Perform duties typical of a Traffic Coordinator. Position based in Jaboatão dos Guararapes / PE. Bachelor's degree required.
