Ensuring excellence in customer service The Restaurant Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the manager in overall operational administration, ensuring service quality, team organization, and compliance with company standards. This role directly involves team leadership, conflict resolution, and monitoring of operational and financial results. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in team management (scheduling, training, and performance monitoring) * Ensure excellence in customer service * Supervise dining room, bar, and kitchen operations * Manage inventory, orders, and stocktaking * Monitor sales targets and performance indicators * Support financial control and cost reduction * Resolve operational incidents and customer complaints * Ensure compliance with health regulations and company standards * Act as substitute for the manager during their absence **Requirements:** * Prior leadership experience in restaurants, bars, or food service areas * Knowledge of team management and dining room operations * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Organizational skills and proactivity * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with restaurant management systems * Education in gastronomy, hospitality, or business administration * Experience working with sales targets and performance indicators Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.800,00 - R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in this field/role?
