Job Summary: Coordinate multiple concurrent construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, quality, and safety standards, while working closely with field teams and interfacing with internal departments. Strategic interface with Procurement, Planning, and Budgeting About Our Client: A well-established construction and real estate development company operating in Recife and along the coastal region, specializing in high-end residential developments. Responsibilities: \- Coordinate multiple concurrent construction projects, ensuring compliance with schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements; \- Work closely with resident engineers and field teams to ensure technical and operational alignment; \- Monitor physical-financial schedules, analyze deviations, and propose corrective action plans; \- Conduct periodic site visits to coastal projects, ensuring active presence and on-site support; \- Ensure project execution in accordance with technical specifications, applicable regulations, and quality standards required for high-end developments; \- Interface with Procurement, Planning, and Budgeting departments to align requirements and procurement scheduling; \- Monitor construction performance indicators (schedule, cost, productivity, quality, and safety); \- Support contract management for contractors and suppliers, including progress measurement, performance evaluation, and scope compliance; \- Report project progress to management/directorate, providing a consolidated overview of all projects under responsibility. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; \- Proven experience in coordinating/managing multiple construction projects; \- Strong capability in managing construction teams and interfacing with internal departments.
