All selection processes conducted by **CS BRASIL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and duties** Participate in the development and implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) policy; Monitor and assess workplace conditions; Identify control variables related to diseases, accidents, quality of life, and the environment; Conduct educational activities in occupational health and safety; Participate in inspections and audits and integrate into negotiation processes; Participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes; OHS documentation; Investigate, analyze accidents and recommend preventive and control measures; Act according to the Environmental Management System Policy; Ensure compliance with objectives and targets of the Integrated Management System applicable to the area; Perform tasks as defined in operational controls; Suggest improvements in departmental activities; Alert supervisors/responsible parties when non-conformities are observed; Work in accordance with Integrated Management System and Occupational Safety standards.
