* Plan, organize and supervise flour and fat production operations; * Manage operational teams, supervisors and assistants, ensuring productivity and safety; * Plan the supply of raw materials, inputs and spare parts; * Approve and monitor quotations and purchases of production materials; * Define and control performance indicators (production, costs, maintenance, losses, yield, etc.); * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules with the technical team; * Ensure compliance with environmental, sanitary and occupational safety regulations; * Support management in budget preparation and operational expense management; * Participate in audits and inspections by regulatory agencies; * Implement continuous improvements in the production process.
