Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel systems and/or software. Previous experience in this role within the hospitality sector, including small-scale establishments. Customer orientation, teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and urgency, excellent organizational and cleanliness skills, good communication, rigor, resilience and creativity. A second language (English and/or Spanish preferred) will be considered an advantage. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Floors Area: Supervise floor-related tasks such as corridor and pantry cleaning, room preparation, minibar restocking and guest-requested services.
