We are proud to be part of this family—that’s why We Are Novo! **IMPORT ANALYST** * Participation in commercial routines such as competitor visits and offer preparation; * Support in the commercial negotiation process and officialization of orders with exporters; * Packaging development and approval of shipping marks; Production follow-up with exporters; * Pre-shipment inspection verification; Responsibility for scheduling shipments with suppliers and freight forwarders; \- Analysis and approval of all import documentation: invoice, packing list, HBL, DI/DUIMP, LI/LPCO; \- Coordination with customs broker for clearance of import processes; * Responsibility for verifying storage, insurance, land, and ocean freight costs; * Negotiation with customs service providers to ensure delivery timeliness and cost reduction, Excel spreadsheet follow-up, and administration of import process files; * Monthly process verification, authorization, and scheduling with the Finance Department for expense payments; * Responsibility for updating periodic spreadsheets for management and involved departments regarding product arrival and shipment scheduling; * Schedule and provision funds with the Finance Department for DI (Import Declaration) registration; Obtaining quotations from freight forwarders and closing processes with the customs broker and/or freight forwarder; * Issuance of import entry invoices; Coordination of goods delivery from the customs clearance location to the final destination. **WHAT WE NEED:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields; * Advanced English; * Experience in companies operating in the import sector.
