We seek professionals to support IT projects, responsible for **requirement refinement, process analysis, and functional documentation**, ensuring alignment between business areas and technical teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct **requirements elicitation and analysis** with business areas. * Lead **process mapping and modeling**, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. * Develop and maintain clear, structured **functional documentation**. * Support the **decomposition of requirements into user stories** and definition of acceptance criteria. * Collaborate with UX to define **flows, customer journeys, and prototypes**. * Ensure **system interoperability** through APIs and Web services. * Support **task automation initiatives**. * Keep documentation updated and well-organized. * Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring shared understanding of proposed solutions. **Mandatory Requirements** * Experience in **requirements elicitation and refinement**. * Experience in **functional documentation** and clear, concise writing. * Knowledge of **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban). * Familiarity with **systems, APIs, and Web services**. * Experience with **backlog management tools** (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar). * Analytical capability and process-oriented mindset. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in the **financial sector**. * Experience in **process modeling** (BPMN or similar). * Experience in **medium- to large-scale corporate projects**. **Work Type / Employment Type** * CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * **HYBRID** work model for **São Paulo/SP**, **Recife/PE**, **Campina Grande/PB**, **Fortaleza/CE**, **Brasília/DF**, **Florianópolis/SC**, and **Belém/PA** * Remote work option — subject to location, to be confirmed. **What Accenture Offers:** At Accenture, we invest in our people’s development like no other organization: * Professionals with equal opportunities to grow.
