Dynamic and collaborative environment aligned with Schneider and customer standards Job Description: This professional will be responsible for executing, maintaining, and commissioning automation systems for a major client in the region. The role is onsite and involves programming, testing, diagnostics, and adjustments to equipment and control systems, ensuring proper operation according to Schneider and customer standards. The environment is dynamic and collaborative, focused on meeting the client’s technical and operational requirements while ensuring compliance with Schneider Electric and refinery standards. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement industrial automation systems, including control logic and system integration. * Program PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA/DCS systems, with emphasis on platforms such as Triconex and Foxboro. * Conduct functional validation tests (FAT/SAT) and field logic adjustments. * Execute system commissioning and start-up, ensuring safety and technical compliance. * Support assisted operations, adjusting parameters and optimizing performance. * Prepare technical documentation, such as I/O lists, control diagrams, test plans, and commissioning reports. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (electrical engineering, instrumentation, process, IT). (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **Requirements:** * **Technical Degree** (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control, or related fields). * **Active registration** with CREA or equivalent regulatory body. * **Commissioning experience** in large-scale automation projects and/or units in the oil and/or petrochemical sectors. * Proven practical experience with **Schneider/Foxboro DCS systems.** * Proven practical experience with **Triconex PLCs.** * Knowledge of **programming languages** (e.g., ladder logic, structured text, control scripts). * Knowledge of **control network topologies** (ring, star, bus, etc.). * Proficiency in **industrial protocols** (Modbus, OPC, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, FF). * Ability to read and interpret **P\&IDs, electrical diagrams, and logic diagrams**. * Knowledge of **functional safety systems (SIS).** * Familiarity with Windows tools, Word, MS Access, and others. * Advanced Excel. * Management of schedules and technical resources during commissioning. * Capability to perform commissioning, troubleshooting, and failure analysis of complex systems. **Desirable:** * Intermediate English. * Experience with engineering tools such as COMOS, EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical. **Location:** Ipojuca / PE (External) Brazilian Portuguese Company Boiler Plate: **Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?** When considering joining a new team, culture matters.
