




Requirements: * Completed or ongoing higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networks or related fields; * Experience in the field; * Technical knowledge of ERP operating systems, databases and networks; * Skills in database and server maintenance and administration; * Solid foundation in backup concepts and IT infrastructure, as well as specific skills in cloud providers and information security. Responsibilities: * Perform analysis, maintenance and updates of corporate systems, ensuring their stability and performance; * Provide technical support to users, identifying and resolving issues in systems, applications and IT equipment; * Execute and monitor backup routines and information security procedures; * Map internal department needs, proposing improvements and process and system automations; * Document and keep technical and operational procedures up to date; * Support system implementation, integration and upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with the company's IT policies.
