




Main Responsibilities: \* Assist in company opening, modification, and closure processes. \* Issue and manage operating licenses. \* Manage public and private powers of attorney. \* Draft partnership agreements, powers of attorney, and legal documents. \* Handle vehicle legalization with regulatory agencies. \* Manage rental and service provision contracts. \* Real estate management (registration, drafting purchase and sale agreements). \* Monitor legal proceedings. \* Fire department legalization. \* Trademark and patent control. \* Manage import processes, document control, physical file organization, record import payments, and foreign exchange closing. Requirements: \* Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. \* Intermediate Excel skills. \* Strong organizational skills, proactivity, productivity, and resilience. \* Good communication skills. \* Willingness to grow. \* Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, or related field.
