Coordination of on-site teams and quality control The construction company seeks a Technical Assistant for Buildings in Recife (Imbiribeira). Walter Lopes Engenharia is a company specialized in engineering and construction solutions. With a qualified team, it delivers high-quality services to meet its clients' needs. **Responsibilities:** Develop floor plans, sections, and elevations; detail structural, plumbing, and electrical systems (using CAD/BIM). Plan, budget, and supervise construction works and services, including material procurement and quality control. Monitor schedules, coordinate on-site teams, perform measurements and inspections. Regularize construction works with municipal, state, and fire department authorities. Issue Technical Responsibility Statements (TRT) for activities within the candidate's scope of competence before the Regional Council of Industrial Technicians (CRT). Previous experience as Construction Technical Assistant, Building Projects Assistant, Building Technician, or Civil Engineering Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position.
