




**Description:** Ensure the effective, safe, and organized operation of the school unit’s administrative and operational areas, acting as the Director’s right hand. Coordinate support and infrastructure sectors to guarantee excellence in service delivery to students, families, and staff. Responsibilities and Duties **Manage and supervise teams responsible for:** Reception; Security and facility protection; School secretariat; Treasury; Commercial operations (family relations and student enrollment); Building maintenance; Cleaning and landscaping; Civil fire brigade / emergency response. Plan and ensure execution of administrative and operational routines, safeguarding order, quality, and safety at the unit. Monitor performance indicators for areas under responsibility. Collaborate in planning and organizing meetings and events, as well as executing and evaluating school projects and activities. Assist in preparing administrative reports and analyzing unit performance indicators (e.g., PPR, Management at a Glance, etc.). Participate in strategic meetings with the school leadership team and propose action plans and process improvements, operational efficiency enhancements, and service quality upgrades. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies. Guarantee effective communication among units and Corporate (Juntos), promoting integration between pedagogical and administrative areas. Support the Director in people management—ensuring alignment of work schedules, time tracking, overtime banking, vacation planning, terminations, training programs—and fostering overall organizational climate. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, Managerial Processes, or related fields. Postgraduate studies are an advantage. 2512050202181904294
