




**Description** Ensure the effective, safe, and organized operation of the school unit’s administrative and operational areas, acting as the Director’s right-hand support. Coordinate support and infrastructure sectors to guarantee excellence in service delivery to students, parents/guardians, and staff. **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage and supervise teams in the following areas: Reception; Security and Facilities Management; School Secretariat; Treasury; Commercial (family relations and student recruitment); Building Maintenance; Cleaning and Gardening; Civil Firefighter / Emergency Response. Plan and ensure execution of administrative and operational routines, safeguarding order, quality, and safety across the unit. Monitor performance indicators for areas under responsibility. Collaborate in planning and organizing meetings and events, as well as implementing and evaluating school projects and activities. Assist in preparing administrative reports and analyzing unit performance indicators (e.g., PPR, Management at a Glance, etc.). Participate in strategic meetings with the school’s leadership team and propose action plans and process improvements aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and service quality. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and institutional policies. Guarantee effective communication among departments within the unit and with the Corporate Office (Juntos), promoting integration between pedagogical and administrative areas. Support the Director in people management, ensuring alignment of work schedules, attendance control, hour banks, vacations, terminations, training, and overall organizational climate. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Business Management, Managerial Processes, or related fields. A postgraduate degree is an advantage.
