The professional will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and operational support tasks across various departments, ensuring proper facility functionality and contributing to a safe and organized environment. **Responsibilities:** * Perform minor electrical, hydraulic, and structural repairs. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Conduct painting, adjustments, simple installations, and support for light construction work. * Assist in maintaining internal and external areas. * Identify maintenance needs and report them to the responsible department. * Provide support for routine operational activities upon request. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role or in similar activities. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, masonry, and painting. * Ability to use manual and electric tools. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and good communication. * Availability for emergency maintenance response (when necessary).
