Job Summary:
Perform electrical work during renovations and preventive/corrective maintenance on building installations and equipment, including automation systems and electrical panels.

Perform electrical work during renovations of building installations and electrical systems; Perform preventive and corrective electrical installation and maintenance of building installations and equipment; Perform installation and maintenance of electrical control systems and control panels according to specific project requirements; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, building automation systems, transformers, circuit breakers, substations, and electrical panels; Install, replace, expand, modify, inspect, swap, and restore components of electrical networks using appropriate equipment and tools; Operate building automation systems to fulfill requests for configuration changes of equipment linked to the system; Perform repair, inspection, testing, and electrical trials aimed at diagnosing and/or analyzing failures in building systems, using specific instruments, tools, and equipment, such as: Replacing circuit breakers; replacing components and equipment in electrical panels; Testing control systems and open-protection systems at busbar connections, switches, and operation of electrical equipment. Use computer programs and applications in performing tasks; Perform work safely, complying with Occupational Safety regulations and using personal protective equipment (PPE); Prepare electrical sketches, sizing materials, components, and electrical load distribution for new installations and/or renovations; Maintain cleanliness, conservation, and operational status of instruments, equipment, and workplaces, observing the need for special devices and other equipment related to hygiene and process control; Monitor electromechanical interventions on motor pumps and electric motors, including assembly and disassembly via standardized procedures, performing repairs, cleaning, calibration, and verification of controls and electrical protection; Understand isolation procedures, types of resins and insulating materials, as well as types of conductive materials; Perform other related tasks as required by service needs and superior guidance; Provide occasional assistance to any maintenance department requiring emergency team support.

Compensation: R$2.081,61 - R$2.800,00 per month
