Description

***Responsibilities:*** Coordinate the physical withdrawal of materials from the warehouse by electricians for field service execution and simultaneously manage system-level tracking in SAP, virtually unlinking materials from their corresponding projects. Prepare detailed reports on the application of withdrawn materials, specifying where and how they were used in each project. Ensure all records are accurate and complete to prevent virtual material returns and financial penalties. Prepare and supplement invoices and other required documents to verify material usage, ensuring all documentation requirements are met. Inventory Management: Monitor and control both physical and virtual inventory, performing adjustments and corrections as needed to maintain inventory record accuracy. ***Requirements:*** Technical education in electrotechnology or completed logistics program. Proven experience in inventory and materials management, preferably within electrical sector companies or similar industries.
