**Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration systems (split, self\-contained, chiller, among others) in network stores. * Diagnose failures and propose technical solutions for air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. * Replace parts, clean filters, recharge refrigerant gas, and perform other technical procedures. * Ensure proper system operation to provide thermal comfort and product preservation. * Record completed activities in the maintenance system. * Respond to technical service requests according to schedule or emergency demands. **Requirements:** * High school diploma. * Technical degree in Refrigeration, Electrotechnics, or related fields. * Proven experience in the role, preferably in commercial or retail environments. * Knowledge of commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems. * Category B driver's license (desirable). * Availability for travel between units. **Advantages:** * Updated NR\-10 and NR\-35 certifications. * Experience with automated air conditioning systems. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
