We are looking for a **Printer Technician** to perform maintenance, support, and service for our employees, ensuring high quality and efficiency in service delivery. **Responsibilities** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on printers. * Carry out repairs, adjustments, and replacement of parts when necessary. * Install, configure, and test equipment operations. * Provide technical support and user assistance, either on-site (field) or internally. * Record activities, monitor service requests, and report incidents into the system. **Required Knowledge** * Printer hardware * Related systems and software * Computer systems and networks * Supplies and preventive maintenance procedures **Requirements** * Proven experience in the role * Completed High School education * Technical certification (essential) in one of the following fields: * Electronics * Electrical Engineering * Computer Science * Mechatronics * Computer Equipment Maintenance **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience providing field (external) service * Experience opening, recording, and tracking service tickets If you have a technical background, enjoy problem-solving, and are self-motivated, this is a great opportunity to join our team!
