We support those who want to grow with us, with responsibility, creativity, and passion for what they do. **If this sounds like you, come build the future with us.** **Job Mission:** Supervise maintenance activities, review technical procedures and maintenance plans, manage budgets, interface with electric power distributors, ensure operational availability of critical airport systems, conduct studies on demand changes and future energy consumption projections. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure maintenance and proper performance of operational equipment, guaranteeing repairs and/or assistance to substations and lighting systems when necessary; * Responsible for maintaining the operation levels of the electrical system across six airports in compliance with item 153\.219 of RBAC No. 153, planning, monitoring, and inspecting preventive and corrective maintenance activities for key system assets: * Responsible for maintaining the operation levels of the airport visual aids navigation system in compliance with item 153\.217 of RBAC No. 153, planning, monitoring, and inspecting preventive and corrective maintenance activities for key system assets: * Develop emergency technical procedures for critical failures in airport visual aids and electrical systems; * Coordinate all activities and tests during annual shutdowns for maintenance of airport visual aids and electrical systems, ensuring reliability, quality, and compliance with technical standards specifications; * Manage airport energy bills, identifying deviations, cost reduction opportunities, and energy consumption/demand forecasts over a 5-year horizon; * Participate in technical committees, preparing technical specifications and projects for maintenance and construction works; * Coordinate and retain, for a minimum period of 05 (five) years, all documentation required by Technical Standards and RBAC No. 153; * Handle matters related to maintenance providers, reviewing maintenance plans, monitoring the development and execution of preventive maintenance, coordinating with local teams at each airport, controlling performance indicators, and evaluating field staff performance, among others; * Monitor the execution of CAPEX projects for visual aids and electrical systems, controlling budgeted versus actual costs, identifying deviations, reporting them to responsible parties for adjustments, aiming to meet the pre-established and approved plan; * Conduct studies on extending asset lifespan and define spare parts strategies in synergy with airports; * Technical responsible for managing maintenance service contracts in visual aids and electrical systems; * Evaluation, Approval, Development (when necessary), and Updating of Project and/or As Built drawings. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering \- **CREA\-Active (Mandatory Requirement)** * Technical Electrotechnical Education (Desirable) * Experience in maintenance of medium-voltage electrical systems and visual aids * NR 10 (Mandatory Requirement) * Power Electrical System \- SEP (Desirable) * Technical Qualification Certificate – CHT (Desirable) * Intermediate Spanish (Desirable) ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Transportation Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Plan, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Profit Sharing (PLR), Childcare Assistance, Flexible Benefits (SGD), Parking (subject to consultation), Private Pension, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Extended Maternity Leave, Extended Paternity Leave ### **Department:** Corporate Recife
