Participation in strategic collection planning Colégio GGE \| Recife \- PE \| On-site Job Description **Workplace:** GGE Education System * Supervise the editorial workflow of projects, monitoring all production stages from planning through final delivery. * Assign tasks among the editorial team, tracking productivity, quality, and adherence to deadlines. * Lead, guide, and develop the team of analysts, assistants, layout designers, and other editorial professionals. * Develop and monitor production schedules, identifying risks and proposing actions to prevent delays. * Ensure compliance with editorial standards, grammatical rules, visual identity, and pedagogical guidelines for educational materials. * Serve as the liaison between Editorial, Pedagogical, Commercial, and other departments involved in projects. * Monitor external service providers when necessary. * Validate editorial deliverables prior to publication or printing. * Monitor departmental performance indicators and propose continuous improvements to editorial processes. * Participate in annual collection planning, revisions, and updates of educational materials. * Ensure that tasks are executed according to the organization’s strategic priorities. * Support defining and reviewing editorial processes, workflows, and best practices. * Conduct periodic project and team progress meetings. * Identify opportunities for innovation in editorial processes, tools, and methodologies. * Prepare managerial reports on project progress and team outcomes. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and institutional procedures.
