Job Summary: Colégio GGE is seeking a teacher to plan, deliver, and assess lessons, promoting the development of students' competencies and skills in alignment with the BNCC and the institution's PPP. Promote the development of students' competencies and skills Colégio GGE \| Recife \- PE \| In-person Job Description Plan and deliver lessons for the corresponding educational stage, following the guidelines and content established in the BNCC and the institution's PPP; assess students through grading exams or exercises; conduct in-class assignments; clarify doubts; and promote the development of competencies and skills. Responsibilities and Duties Plan and implement teaching activities, considering the curriculum content, BNCC guidelines, and the institution's PPP, while incorporating advances in educational technology to facilitate learning; Collect and interpret data regarding the realities of one's class; \- Organize methods for delivering content \- experiential learning situations; Assess and record student progress through exams, school assignments, and participation in pedagogical projects, and provide grades and feedback; Collaborate cooperatively within the school environment, working alongside other teachers, coordinators, school management, parents, and other stakeholders; Attend meetings, pedagogical projects, and other activities proposed by the institution; Respond to requests from school leadership concerning one's teaching practice within the school context. Maintain pedagogical and formative records; Participate in continuing professional development programs for teachers (Teacher Meetings); Collaborate in the development of educational projects; Provide individualized instruction to each student, promoting interactive learning; Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in education-related fields or technology. Experience in educational or training environments. Desirable Requirements Proficiency in using content creation tools and platforms. Knowledge of active teaching methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments. Creativity and innovation in developing educational materials. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software. Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively.
