Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE** * **Deliver exceptional customer service**, operating the point-of-sale terminal efficiently using barcode scanners or manually entering product codes. * **Be responsible for the daily closing of the point-of-sale terminal**, accurately counting received funds across various payment methods and reconciling them against sales records, identifying and investigating any discrepancies. * **Manage payments** in cash, credit or debit cards, ensuring purchase settlements and issuing corresponding purchase receipts to customers. * **Conduct meticulous verification of product codes and labels**, requesting the cashier supervisor’s presence in cases of customer disagreement, thereby ensuring transparency in transactions. * **Handle cash register opening and closing**, serving customers promptly and accurately, recording their purchases and receiving corresponding payments. * **Provide information and promote financial products**, presenting available payment options and benefits to customers. * **Actively participate in credit sales**, attracting new customers and issuing credit proposals for analysis, while also promoting current promotional campaigns.
