What do we expect from the Financial Intern?
We seek an organized, responsible, and eager-to-learn individual who wishes to develop within the finance area and support departmental routines, contributing to meeting deadlines, maintaining controls, and achieving Group Amarante’s results.
What challenge will you face here?
The main challenge will be supporting the group’s financial routines, performing activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and organizing information—ensuring accuracy, control, and support for the finance area’s decision-making.
What are the Financial Intern’s routine responsibilities?
* Perform accounts payable tasks and monitor accounts receivable;
* Provide support to treasury routines;
* Conduct bank reconciliations via system;
* Support the accounting department with monthly expense and revenue information;
* Review documentation and assist in approving payments for other companies within Group Amarante;
* Perform weekly electronic timekeeping closure for Amarante Hospitalidade employees;
* Organize internal department documents;
* Prepare monthly financial area performance presentations.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Prerequisites
* Enrolled in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or Economics, from the 4th semester onward;
* Basic Excel knowledge;
* Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive);
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
