Since then, we have been building a new microservices-based technology architecture, migrating our insurance products and strengthening our “Plug & Play” strategy—which enables partners (MGAs) to connect directly to our operations, delivering agility, efficiency, and standardization. We are seeking a **Software Engineering Intern** who wants to be a protagonist in this challenge, actively contributing to our mission of becoming the driving force behind the company’s digital ecosystem. You will join the Software Engineering team, part of Digital Operations, responsible for developing and evolving our software architecture, system integrations, and mission-critical insurance operation services. You will help define and evolve agile development processes, DevOps practices, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and implement software engineering best practices—including clean code, design patterns, and automated testing—to ensure quality, scalability, and continuous innovation across our technology ecosystem. Although most of our services are built in C#, we seek students eager to learn and with knowledge of other programming languages—bold and creative individuals who can bring fresh ideas, perspectives, and suggestions to enrich our ecosystem. **As an Excelsior team member, your challenges will include**: * Joining the Software Engineering team to build and maintain services and systems. * Developing in C# .NET and Vue.JS. * Writing database scripts in SQL. * Developing unit tests. * Analyzing inconsistencies and resolving bugs. **For this opportunity, you must**: * Be enrolled in a Technology-related undergraduate program (1st to 5th semester). * Have strong motivation to learn new things. * Be highly curious and self-taught. * Show interest in learning about our business. * Possess strong analytical and systemic thinking skills. * Have foundational programming logic knowledge and proficiency in at least one programming language (professional experience is not required). **Our benefits**: * Internship stipend: R$ 1,412.00; * Sodexo Meal/Meal Voucher: R$ 300.00; * Transportation allowance: R$ 300.00; * SulAmérica Dental Plan; * Life Insurance; * Gympass; * Birthday Day Off; * SESC membership; * Educational Incentive Program; * Corporate library available in our offices, so you can stay continuously updated; * Collaborative environment with an excellent organizational climate.
