Description
Responsible for coordinating the concessionaire's projects and budgets, ensuring the technical and economic viability of investments. Involved in monitoring engineering projects, cost control, and alignment with internal departments, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and technical standards, as well as leading the team and promoting process improvements.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Coordinate the concessionaire's project and budget activities, ensuring appropriate technical and economic structuring of planned investments.
* Support the preparation, review, and integration of engineering projects related to water supply and sewage systems.
* Coordinate the preparation of construction, service, and investment budgets based on projects, specifications, technical documentation, and assumptions defined by the company.
* Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, technical standards, and the concessionaire's operational guidelines.
* Collaborate with construction, planning, operations, procurement, and controller departments to align technical solutions and budgetary assumptions.
* Support the definition of technical scopes for hiring designers, consultants, suppliers, and specialized service providers.
* Conduct technical and economic feasibility analyses, budget comparisons, and support investment prioritization.
* Ensure organization and updating of technical documentation, including projects, specifications, quantity take-offs, descriptive memoranda, and budgetary bases.
* Support the enhancement of standards, criteria, and routines within the area, promoting greater reliability, traceability, and efficiency in engineering processes.
• Lead the departmental team, monitor deliverables, define priorities, and promote technical development and continuous improvement.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience in engineering projects, budgeting, feasibility studies, and investment planning, preferably in sanitation, infrastructure, or utilities.
* Knowledge of water supply systems, sewage systems, networks, pumping stations, reservoirs, and other infrastructure assets.
* Experience in preparing and analyzing quantity take-offs, cost compositions, descriptive memoranda, technical specifications, and engineering documentation.
* Ability to interface with technical, operational, financial, and procurement departments to consolidate solutions and assumptions.
* Analytical, organized profile with focus on technical quality and cost control.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with budgeting, planning, and technical drawing tools is desirable.
* Experience in concessionaires, infrastructure projects, or consulting and implementation engineering firms is desirable.
• Availability for on-site work in Petrolina/PE.
• Proficiency in coordination tools (Autodesk, Navisworks, BIM Collab, or similar).
