Job Description* Daily communicate the hotel’s overall situation (occupancy, key guests, events, etc.) to the team through briefings and meetings.
* Plan, manage, and coordinate restaurant activities—defining work guidelines and routines, guiding staff, prioritizing/distributing tasks, and resolving relevant operational issues.
* Supervise front desk operations or personally greet guests upon arrival at the Point of Sale, providing information and escorting them to their tables.
* Supervise service across all Points of Sale, supporting teams and anticipating their needs.
* Greet guests warmly, make eye contact, and address them by name.
* Promote menu items according to each guest’s profile, while encouraging upselling to contribute to the hotel’s profitability.
* Manage reservations and table arrangements according to service orders.
* Know and identify the hotel’s key guests, ensuring their needs are met.
* Attend to guests, listening to suggestions, feedback, complaints, and taking appropriate action.
* Promote wine and restaurant dishes according to each guest’s profile.
* Coordinate food and beverage service for events.
* Ensure implementation of “Self-Control” processes and procedures within the area;
* Ensure full compliance with food safety best practices;
* Ensure adequate supply of materials and equipment required for service delivery;
* Lead the team under responsibility—selecting, training, evaluating performance, and enhancing Heartists’ engagement levels.
* Prepare work schedules and vacation plans, as well as define time and service quality standards.
* Mediate and intervene in critical/atypical situations involving guests and Heartists; report shift-related incidents, anomalies, and issues to the immediate supervisor.
* Coordinate inventories of china, glassware, cutlery, and table linens, guiding teams to minimize breakage and proposing necessary corrective actions.
* Ensure guest satisfaction (RPS), implementing continuous improvement actions based on guest experiences.
* Ensure achievement of targets stipulated in the management contract;
* Substitute for the immediate supervisor during their absence.
* Maintain communication with other departments to resolve various matters related to the area.
* Execute off-site catering services under the brand’s responsibility.
* Report any situation deemed dangerous or suspicious within the hotel to superiors.
* Ensure application of operational standards and sustainability guidelines per corporate directives, while promoting environmental and social awareness among unit Heartists.
* Contribute to optimal talent utilization and identification of opportunities for maximum development potential of the F&B team.
* Prepare presentations and participate in specific committees.
* Reflect Accor values through personal conduct.
* Perform other related duties as required by the department.
