Routing Analyst

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for planning, analyzing, and optimizing routes and loads to ensure logistical efficiency and cost reduction, as well as managing the driver team. Key Highlights: 1. Route and load planning and optimization 2. Volume analysis and load consolidation maximization 3. Management of drivers' and assistants' working hours 1. Properly process and analyze all orders and loads to be distributed, assessing volume and routes; 2. Maximize load consolidation, reducing the need for transshipment and consolidation at third-party carriers; 3. Analyze and route the required fleet profile for specific operations; 4. Identify optimal routes that reduce travel time and distance; 5. Detailed route planning enables path selection; 6. Develop strategies for delivery logistics operations concerning drivers' and assistants' working hours, routes, and days off; 7. Perform integration and verification of formed loads across systems; 8. Analyze route trajectories weekly; 9. Execute and validate data entry for LOAD BUILDING; 10. Responsible for scheduling and planning exclusive deliveries and those with higher complexity in coordination with the sales department; 11. Responsible for monthly analysis and discussion of underperforming routes and customers to reduce costs; 12. Other duties inherent to the position.
