Leadership support and development Position: Generalist HR Analyst (Strategic Profile) Recife / Metropolitan Region On-site model | CLT We seek a professional to structure and strengthen the People function, acting in a generalist and strategic capacity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Standardize HR processes (recruitment & selection, onboarding, performance evaluation); * Create and monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.); * Support and develop leadership; * Manage conflicts and organizational climate; * Ensure labor compliance (coordination with accounting/legal departments); * Develop internal culture and communication initiatives. * Payroll and timekeeping verification for the team; **Requirements:** * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience as a Generalist HR professional; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Analytical, structured profile with strong communication and conflict mediation skills; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in logistics operations companies; * Experience in reducing turnover and managing conflicts. * Knowledge of HR subsystems **We Offer:** * Salary of R$3.800; * Performance bonuses (to be agreed upon) * Transportation tickets or fuel allowance. * Relocation allowance of R$1.000 * Meal allowance.
