Assist in various kitchen support activities; perform initial food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, etc.) and support meal, snack, and dessert preparation while assessing food quality and hygiene; Manage consumption item inventory, verify expiration dates and restocking needs, and request replenishment whenever necessary; Operate food preparation and handling equipment, heating or refrigeration appliances, knives, under supervision; Apply area checklists, execute preparations using technical sheets, and comply with internal regulations regarding health, safety, and food handling; Organize and clean the workplace and its equipment/materials; Perform additional duties beyond those specified for the position, in accordance with internal demands and/or instructions from immediate supervisors. , High school education (in progress); 6 months of experience in kitchen routines, grilling, frying, and simple dish assembly.
