Assist in various kitchen support activities; perform initial food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, etc.) and assist in preparing meals, snacks, and desserts while evaluating food quality and hygiene; Manage inventory of consumable products, checking expiration dates and restocking needs, and requesting replenishment whenever necessary; Operate kitchen equipment and appliances for food preparation and handling, heating or refrigeration devices, and knives, under supervision; Apply area checklists, execute preparations using technical recipes, and comply with internal health, safety, and food handling regulations; Organize and clean the workplace and its equipment/materials; Perform additional duties as required for the position, responding to internal demands and/or instructions from the immediate supervisor. , High school education (in progress); 6 months of experience in kitchen routines, griddle operation, fryer operation, and simple dish assembly.
