Job Summary: Strategic and operational HR Analyst focused on employee engagement, internal communication, and organizational climate enhancement, responsible for events and endomarketing. Conflict mediation and leadership support We are seeking an HR Analyst to strategically and operationally execute **engagement and internal communication initiatives**, ensuring cultural alignment and strengthening the organizational climate. The role includes responsibility for **organizing corporate events**, implementing **endomarketing campaigns**, as well as **mediating conflicts** and providing support to leadership. Additional responsibilities include **employee registration in systems**, **supplier negotiations**, managing and distributing promotional items, overseeing the **internal convenience store**, monitoring **absenteeism** and **turnover**, and actively participating in floor meetings for alignment and continuous improvement. An organized, communicative, collaborative professional with a human-centered perspective completes the ideal profile for this position.
