The role includes responsibility for **organizing corporate events**, implementing **endomarketing campaigns**, as well as **mediating conflicts** and providing support to leadership. Additional responsibilities include **employee registration in systems**, **supplier negotiations**, managing and distributing promotional items, overseeing the **internal convenience store**, monitoring **absenteeism** and **turnover**, and actively participating in floor meetings for alignment and continuous improvement.
