Candidates must be comfortable interacting with the public, aiming to ensure comfort, quality, convenience, safety, and courtesy in services provided to customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Perform cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas according to company or institutional standards. * **Organization**: Maintain organization of materials, equipment, and inventory, ensuring accessibility and proper condition. * **Facility Care**: Maintain the good condition of physical facilities, identifying and reporting repair or improvement needs. **Requirements:** Proactivity and ability to work in a team; Relevant experience; Easy access to the South Zone; Flexible availability for working hours. **Additional Information:** Transportation allowance On-site meals And other benefits.
