Strategically manage organizational quality, being responsible
for planning, executing, and monitoring internal audits, as well as
developing, analyzing, and monitoring process performance indicators,
supporting decision-making, continuous improvement, and strengthening
internal controls and corporate governance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Plan, conduct, and report on internal process, operational, and administrative audits.
* Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan based on risk analysis.
* Develop, monitor, and analyze process performance indicators (KPIs).
* Evaluate process effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance based on data and indicators.
* Design indicator dashboards, management reports, and critical analyses to support management.
* Identify non-conformities, performance deviations, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Prepare technical audit reports with evidence, indicators, conclusions, and recommendations.
* Monitor and validate corrective and preventive action plans, assessing their impact on indicators.
* Support standardization, mapping, and redesign of processes, focusing on performance and control.
* Contribute to strengthening a culture of indicators, internal controls, and continuous improvement.
* Support senior management with quantitative analyses, key indicators, and strategic reports.
**Technical Requirements (Mandatory)**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
* Solid experience as a Senior Quality Analyst and/or Internal Auditor.
* Proven experience in internal auditing.
* Practical experience in developing, monitoring, and analyzing process indicators (KPIs).
* Ability to transform data and indicators into critical analyses and managerial recommendations.
* Knowledge of process mapping and improvement (BPM).
* Advanced Excel (indicators, analyses, controls, dashboards).
* Willingness to travel frequently within Brazil, as required by audits and departmental activities.
**Desirable Knowledge**
* ISO 9001, ISO 19011, or related standards.
* Continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, GUT, 5W2H, Kaizen, etc.).
* Indicator-based management methodologies (KPIs, OKRs, SLA, goals and performance).
* Tools for indicator analysis and monitoring.
* Corporate governance, internal controls, and compliance.
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
