The Gardener is the elite artisan of our courts and common areas. He understands better than anyone how to best care for our green spaces. He knows how to prune, how to stimulate plant growth, how to control weeds and minor pests, and possesses the talent to make them as beautiful as possible. Main Activities and Responsibilities. Ensure proper maintenance of gardens and courts, caring for plants, trees, lawns, and soil treatment. Apply organic and chemical fertilizers in the correct quantities for each type of crop. Correctly apply herbicides and other agents for prevention and control of pest infestations. Prune trees and flowerbeds; mow lawns on courts and in gardens for environmental maintenance and upkeep. Propagate plant seedlings for replacement in gardens. Clean flowerbeds, courts, and streets; irrigate courts, gardens, and slopes. Ensure equipment used during work is properly maintained and used correctly. **Requirements:** Completed elementary education; Previous experience as a Gardener.
