Description

Job Summary: Responsible for the collection, transportation, and proper disposal of waste, as well as cleaning and disinfection of areas and equipment, in compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the proper use of PPE and occupational safety standards 2. Waste collection and segregation (infectious, general, recyclable, chemical) 3. Cleaning and disinfection of areas, equipment, and materials ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), personal hygiene, and cleanliness of materials and products, in accordance with instructions from supervisors and occupational safety standards; Perform daily waste collection, retrieving waste from temporary shelters and transporting it to the central shelter; Collect each type of waste (infectious, general, recyclable, chemical) separately into designated containers or collection carts, per contractual standards; Carry out required documentation and controls, per contractual standards; Perform cleaning and disinfection of areas, equipment/materials, following technical guidelines and procedures established in the POP (Standard Operating Procedure) of the contract; Clean and disinfect containers, collection carts, and temporary and final shelters, according to the schedule and procedures specified in each contract; Receive external waste collection services to ensure proper removal of waste; Perform related duties as assigned by higher-level supervisors, within the scope of competencies. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Incomplete Elementary School.
