




Lead, guide and supervise the Cleaning and General Services Assistants team. Create and delegate daily routines and tasks, ensuring that all areas on the cleaning checklist are covered. Organize, control and manage work shifts, leaves, vacations and absence coverage (medical certificates, absences). Train new employees in proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage and safe handling of chemical products. Monitor compliance with working hours, uniform usage and, if necessary, request disciplinary actions from immediate supervisors. Supervise and inspect service execution, ensuring that cleanliness and maintenance standards are achieved and maintained. Observe and enforce correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by the team. Ensure workplace safety and guarantee that procedures (such as wet floor signage) are followed. Resolve immediate operational issues, such as equipment failures or urgent cleaning needs in specific areas. Control inventory of equipment, uniforms, supplies and, especially, cleaning and hygiene materials. Prepare supply needs list and request purchases, ensuring strict consumption control and avoiding waste. Oversee maintenance, cleaning and storage of work equipment (floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, etc.). Supervise proper selective waste collection and disposal (in some cases, coordinate removal). Prepare daily or weekly productivity reports, incident records and results for Supervision or Management. Act as the focal point of communication between the cleaning team and immediate management or the client (in outsourced services). Manage basic team documentation, such as timekeeping records, medical certificates and other relevant administrative tasks.
