Join us and be part of this revolution in the market! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform sanitation of foods to be prepared and served during meals, following guidelines established by the head chef to maintain standards and quality on a daily basis; Prepare consumable items, including sandwich assembly, cake slicing, and other tasks, aiming to serve guests daily; Plate desserts to be served to guests during meals, adhering to standards set by the head chef on a daily basis; Organize the workplace by sanitizing the area, food packaging, and utensils used, aiming for cleanliness and preservation on a daily basis; Prepare dishes by cutting ingredients, cooking, seasoning, and finishing according to established recipes, aiming to meet guest requests with high flavor and quality standards on a daily basis; Verify inventory levels of supplies in the production spreadsheet and submit it to the head chef for approval of purchase orders to the buyer on a weekly basis; Cut vegetables and proteins for special and specific dishes, following established standards on a daily basis; Operate equipment such as meat griddles, following safety standards to carry out dish preparation steps on a daily basis; Sanitize your workstation, keeping it clean and organized, aiming for hygiene, cleanliness, and preservation on a daily basis; Lead the kitchen, distributing tasks and stations when the head chef is absent, to ensure timely deliveries on a daily basis. **Requirements and Qualifications** Relevant experience and completion of elementary education. **Additional Information** On-site meals, chartered transportation, health insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance.
