**Job Description**
Support, evolve, and integrate the company's corporate systems, primarily focusing on the Protheus ERP **in the Production, Engineering, Inventory, Quality, PCPM (Production and Materials Planning and Control), Procurement, and related modules**, ensuring alignment among technology, business areas, and internal users, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Serve as a Senior Systems Analyst with consistent interaction with the Protheus ERP (current versions), ensuring system stability, improvements, and alignment with business needs;
* Support internal users by gathering requirements, clarifying questions, providing functional support, and tracking requests;
* Actively participate in Protheus migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects, preferably with hands-on experience in such initiatives;
* Monitor and validate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation of new functionalities or system adjustments;
* Record, track, and document support interactions, requests, incidents, and improvements;
* Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams;
* Exercise autonomy and proactivity in identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in systems and processes.
**Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields;
**Relevant** hands-on and continuous experience with the Protheus ERP, **specifically in the Production, Engineering, Inventory, Quality, PCPM (Production and Materials Planning and Control), Procurement, and related modules, as well as practical experience integrating the ERP system with shop-floor systems and APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling)**;
