Contribute to indicator standardization and governance We seek a Performance Analyst I to drive the transformation of data into strategic business insights. This professional will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities, developing analyses and management dashboards, and supporting managers in decision-making through insights that enhance operational efficiency and company performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor business-area KPIs and performance indicators, tracking trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities; * Conduct data analysis to identify root causes, formulate diagnostics, and propose corrective actions; * Develop executive presentations and construct analytical narratives to support decision-making across organizational levels; * Ensure data integrity, reliability, and consistency in analytical datasets; * Perform data processing, integration, and manipulation; * Contribute to standardization, evolution, and governance of departmental indicators; * Build, update, and maintain management dashboards and reports; * Automate monitoring and reporting routines to increase operational efficiency; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields; * Advanced Excel; * Experience in data analysis and performance indicators; * Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools; * Experience in data manipulation, processing, and consolidation. **Preferred** * Advanced Power BI; * SQL knowledge; * Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate; * Agile methodology experience; * Experience in process and report automation. **Additional Information** * Natto Kit (10kg \- monthly); * Meal Allowance (monthly); * Pharmacy Card; * On-site cafeteria; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Unimed Health Plan (optional); * Bradesco Dental Plan (optional); * Discounts at educational institutions and leisure venues.
