Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Finance departments. **Job Mission** Plan, control, and optimize the purchasing budget (OTB), ensuring balance among inventory levels, turnover, margin, and product availability through quantitative analysis and performance indicators. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage **OTB (Open to Buy)**, controlling available purchasing budget in alignment with revenue and margin targets. * Develop and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual purchasing plans. * Conduct turnover, coverage, stockout, and category/product performance analyses. * Define replenishment needs based on sales forecasts and seasonality. * Initiate and track purchase orders with the Procurement department. * Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstock or stockouts. * Build and update management reports and dashboards for key indicators (Sell\-in, Sell\-out, GMROI, coverage, etc.). * Support strategic decision-making using data analysis and quantitative modeling. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Finance departments. **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Production Engineering**. * Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations. * Advanced Excel proficiency (modeling, pivot tables, financial formulas). * Familiarity with retail performance indicators (KPIs). * Experience with OTB, demand planning, or S\&OP is a plus. * Knowledge of ERP and BI systems. **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong analytical reasoning and systemic thinking. * Data-driven decision-making ability. * Organization and planning skills. * Assertive communication and collaborative teamwork. * Proactivity and results orientation.
