We are looking for a **Junior Data Engineer** to join our team. **Job Responsibilities:** Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines (batch/near real-time) using Azure Data Factory and Databricks (Spark). Model data using the Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) and structure layers for analytics. Implement governance practices, version control (Git), and observability. Create and optimize ingestion and transformation processes in ADLS and Azure Synapse. Monitor and support operations via Azure Monitor and Log Analytics. Ensure data quality, consistency, and security in accordance with Vivo standards. Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and Telco teams to understand requirements. **Technical Requirements:** Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks (Spark), ADLS, and Azure Synapse. Proficiency in SQL and Python. Experience with Medallion architecture and dimensional modeling/star schema. Monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics. Version control with Git. Prior experience in Telco environments (billing, networks, CDRs, provisioning, etc.). **Desirable:** Azure Functions / Event Hub / Event Grid (event-driven). CI/CD with Azure DevOps Pipelines. Delta Lake (Databricks). Power BI for analytical support. Knowledge of Data Governance.
