We believe in intrapreneurship: here, every person is invited to bring their knowledge, purpose, and unique approach to make a difference every day. **What do we expect from the Internal Audit and Risk Intern?** We seek an analytical, curious, and critically minded individual interested in integrating data, technology, and internal controls to support the evolution of internal audit—contributing to more efficient, secure, and data-driven processes. **What challenge will you face here?** Your primary challenge will be supporting the digital transformation of Internal Audit, contributing to the transition from traditional audit to continuous audit through test automation, data analysis, and risk monitoring—ensuring greater process integrity and business risk mitigation. **What are the routine responsibilities of the Internal Audit and Risk Intern?** * Assist in developing and maintaining scripts and automated tests for continuous auditing; * Support extraction, processing (ETL), and analysis of large volumes of data to identify exceptions and vulnerabilities; * Monitor and update risk indicator and test result dashboards; * Prepare preliminary reports and supporting presentations to report findings to management; * Track action plan status with audited departments, ensuring implementation of recommendations; * Organize audit evidence and documents in digital repositories; * Collaborate in identifying opportunities to improve internal processes through data analysis. **Required Education, Knowledge, and Prerequisites** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Engineering (Computer, Data, or Production), Business Administration, or Technology-related fields; * Strong logical reasoning skills and affinity for database manipulation and process understanding; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; * Basic understanding of programming logic; * Basic/intermediate SQL knowledge; * Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar. **What do we offer the Intern?** In addition to the internship stipend, you’ll find a relaxed environment, a diverse team, outstanding results, and numerous opportunities to learn and grow.
