Key Responsibilities: * Greet guests at the front desk, process check-in and check-out; * Handle conflict situations and ensure exceptional service for special occasions (e.g., birthdays, honeymoons, etc.); * Provide guests with information regarding hotel routines, local tourist attractions, and other inquiries; * Perform daily front desk cash reconciliation.
