Job Summary: The Mini-Bar Restocker is responsible for restocking and managing mini-bar items, ensuring appropriate products are available and delivering a high-quality experience to guests. Organization and attention to detail #### **About the position:** * The Mini-Bar Restocker is responsible for restocking and monitoring mini-bar items in guest rooms, ensuring products are always adequately stocked and within their expiration dates, thereby providing guests with a high-quality experience. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Daily restocking of mini-bars in guest rooms according to the established product list; * Monitoring guest consumption and charging for used items, recording them in the hotel's system; * Checking product expiration dates and ensuring proper disposal of expired items; * Organizing mini-bar inventory, maintaining a clean and orderly area; * Monitoring stock levels and requesting replenishment when necessary; * Ensuring mini-bars are in good working condition and reporting any maintenance needs; * Responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries related to mini-bars, always prioritizing agile and courteous service; * Conducting periodic mini-bar inventories to ensure record accuracy; * Collaborating with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Food & Beverage, to maintain an integrated and efficient service. * #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role or in hospitality is preferred; * Basic knowledge of inventory control and hotel management systems; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently; * Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. #### **Skills:** * Proactivity and initiative to identify and resolve issues; * Good communication and teamwork abilities; * Flexibility to handle various daily demands. * #### **Benefits:** * Chartered transportation or transit pass * Meals in the staff cafeteria (BRL 13.00/month) * Health insurance (50% covered by the company) * Study incentive (scholarship up to BRL 200.00) * Psychological counseling sessions * Flower essence therapies #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Rotating shift schedule: 5 days on, 1 day off
